I have sensitive skin, will I react to your pieces?
All my pieces are 14K gold plated brass, 14K rose gold plated brass and rhodium plated brass. I chose brass because it's great for people with sensitivities and will not tarnish like sterling silver. I am confident you will not react while wearing FWS and have had wonderful success with a lot of customers but everyone is different so I can offer no guarantees.
How long are your chains?
Each piece is different and exact lengths are shown on each listing. 16" is considered a short chain, 17-18" are considered midlength and 20"+ are longer. Most pieces are made with a 16" chain and come with extra links to adjust the overall length from 16"-18". Be sure to check the specifications of each necklace, some pieces are not adjustable.
How do I care for my pieces?
For longer life and brighter appearance, I recommend taking your jewelry off every night before bed and putting it back on in the morning after you wake and you've gone through your morning routine. They need to be kept them out of contact with products that contain alcohol like hairspray and perfume as well as creams or lotions and hand soaps, all of these products can have an affect on the finish. These pieces are not recommended for the shower or swimming pool and will last longer if they are cared for. Cleaning instructions are warm water and a soft cloth to polish.
Can I wholesale your products?
Absolutely! I'm honoured you're interested in carrying the FWS line in your business. Please fill out the wholesale application and I will get back to you as soon as I look it over. All wholesale applicants must agree to the FWS Terms & Conditions before applying and (if applicable) ordering.
Do you have a storefront or are you just online?
FWS is just online right now. Anything I carry is listed in my shop however, I have a number of different retailers that stock my product. Check the list of retailers for the one nearest you.
What happens if my piece breaks?
I will repair my own work depending on circumstance and the type of repair. If the repair is within 14 days of purchase and as a result of my workmanship, please feel free to contact me and I would be happy to repair free of charge. Any defect in manufacturing that is determined by FWS to be outside the natural properties of the piece are covered for 60 days from date of purchase.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping costs) for any unworn merchandise in the original packaging; all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be preapproved, please email email@example.com for preapproval. For hygenic reasones, earrings are final sale.
Shipping times are dependent on the type of service chosen at checkout, please allow 48 hours handling time after your order is placed. All packages are sent with tracking and you will be emailed with your tracking number once your order is fulfilled. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $150!
Currently, processing times are 7-10 days from the date of your order. If you're inquring about the status of your order, please factor in shipping times as well. I'm doing my very best to get all orders out in a timely manner so I appreciate your patience.
Customs and Duties
Customs fees, duties, levies and tarrifs are your responsibility. Anything levied by customs agents in your country is according to import laws where you live and completely out of my control and I take no responsibility for those.
