Complimentary shipping on all orders over $150
OUTLINE
These terms and conditions apply to the supply of goods by FWS to you and are relevant from the date accepted as well as when an order is submitted and/or you accept delivery of an order and/or you make payment for goods supplied by FWS.
ORDERING & MINIMUMS
Orders will be a minimum of $300 CA. All wholesale orders will be placed online through the Farm Wife Style website.
INITIAL ORDER
If wholesale application is approved, initial order must be placed within 4 weeks of approval or terms are deemed null and void and applicant will need to re-apply for retailer status.
SHIPPING
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders, shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $15 on each invoice.
RETURNS
Returns must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without prior approval. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer.
AVAILABLE STOCK
All stock listed online at time of purchase is available for sale.
PRICING
Price is per Item unless otherwise indicated. All retail prices are to be marked at MSRP set by FWS. All prices shown are exclusive of GST.
PAYMENTS
Farm Wife Style accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), EMT or PayPal for all transactions. All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.
PROPERTY & DELIVERY OF GOODS
The property of the goods passes to the purchaser only after the price of goods has been paid. The risk of the goods passes to the purchaser once shipped.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Farm Wife Style reserves the right to refuse goods or cease sales at our discretion.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All account-specific terms are to be kept confidential. Failure to keep in confidence will result in termination.
