Jer's Fudge

We’ve known Jer (Jeremy) since he was a baby, he’s the same age as our older daughter. Our families are close and it’s so fun watching them grow up together. He’s the first one up in the morning, coffee perking, always ready and excited to help his dad with anything. He likes to send it, play hockey and hang out with his friends and his kitties. For entrepreneurship class this term, he nailed it when he and his Mom made fudge to sell to his classmates. On the bus ride home that day, he was super kind and shared some with our younger daughter and when she got home she shared some with me. It was SO GOOD that I needed to get the recipe so I could make some too and they said I could share it here as well so I hope you enjoy it as much as we are. Keep it up with these great ideas, Jer! Today is my Dad's birthday so I thought I'd share these today because he has always been a cookie monster and these are absolutely THE BEST EVER chocolate chip cookies you will ever eat. I guarantee it, email me if I'm wrong because I have never been so sure of myself in my whole life.

ARIZONA LEMON PIE

My parents are snowbirds and they live in Arizona for the winter. We love to go down and visit them every year, the retirement lifestyle is one for me. I love the pace of everything and the sun keeps me smiling. My Mom got this recipe from one of her neighbours a few years ago and it's the best lemon pie recipe you will ever taste. It's also made in the blender so it takes minutes to do.
